3,500+ DOWNLOAD MILESTONE THANK YOU + EXCITING NEW UPDATE INFO + Q&A + DANGANRONPA PAINTED CG STYLE TUTORIAL

SHUICHI'S VORE ADVENTURE HAS HIT 3,500 DOWNLOADS!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

My, how time has flown by, it’s been almost 7 months since the initial release of Shuichi’s Vore Adventure, and a lot has happened in that time. SVA has finally exceeded 3,500 downloads which boggles my mind! To put that into context, that’s more downloads than Bikmin 269 DX: Director's Cut has (as of writing)! Bikmin 269 is really good btw you should play it if you haven’t. It is the most successful project I have ever put out in my life and that is either a really neat or really sad statement depending on how you look at it lol.

Woah… These statistics are nutty… In celebration I treated myself to a Spice Bag - a true Irish staple.

In part I do have to give my thanks to this post on twitter because without it, Shuichi’s Vore Adventure would not have been able to get the visibility boost it has in the last while. Just seeing people’s reactions and them experiencing the game has been greatly rewarding for me. This has very much been my 'Bigolas Dickolas' equivalent. Of course the typical response people have had is “Shuichi’s WHAT Adventure!?” which is to be expected. I’m honestly hoping the Shuichi's [verb] Adventure joke catches on from it cos it’s been a running gag since the original livestream I did of the game while the initial demo was still in dev.

A core belief I have about Shuichi’s Vore Adventure is that is exists in 3 states of being in a way:

  • The version of SVA that people make snap judgements on without playing.
  • The version of SVA for people who have only played the Kokichi and/or Kiyo route.
  • The version of SVA for people who's played Ryoma's route and beyond.

The main split I see is some people who had only played the Kokichi route go “oh this game is sickening“ which is fair because the Kokichi route is purposefully designed to be as brutal and as sleezy as I felt comfortable pushing to an extreme. But then, the people who played all the way to the end of the demo saying it's unironically peak and “actually really good”, makes me smile - even people in the comments self confessing to not even liking vore. It’s a testament to how well I feel I have managed to convey the experience I wanted out of the playerbase. It took a while for SVA to gain its momentum but I am glad it has happened with the work of me and my helpers paying off.

The reception I have gotten from the game now that it has hit I suppose a mainstream of sorts, has surprisingly been very positive. I’ve had a lot of people give very nice compliments my way and anticipate for the next update release (which I will divulge info on further down this post). The people who tried to sabotage the game’s initial release by false flagging, and also degrade my well being as a person through mass harassment, ultimately failed. In that time one person has apologized to me, another apparently became homeless twice, and another got completely disowned/cut from their clique group. Considering what they did landed me in the hospital after I attempted, karmic justice has been served, and the world is good. So in short, I’m glad that the game popping off this time ushered in a positive uptick for me. People of course are entitled to any opinion they want to have, be it positive or negative, as long as they don’t then try and attack me personally. That’s just not nice - don’t do that.

Let’s now talk about SVA some more. Much like the original Danganronpa V3, a key theme in SVA is truth, lies, and deception - how this perception differs and the choices one must make/where their priorities lie. Additionally, fucking over the audience and their expectations specifically. A key theme within SVA is not making base assumptions, and not viewing things purely on what is presented on the surface (the irony is not lost on me that inevitably people have done this with SVA itself). The game is engineered from the beginning to lull the player into a false sense of security and familiarity as to what the rest of the game will be, based off of the first thing you experience - it sets the bar for a certain standard. As harrowing and as horny SVA gets, I write it with the intent of what I think would be hilarious in terms of duping the person playing to get a reaction out of them. I think SVA is a very mean spirited game without having the characters being outright malicious, it's more like the player is constantly hit in the face emotionally with rug pulls and building expectations that are dashed, or the worst possible thing happens with no way to stop it. In the game currently, and also going forward, ambiguity becomes a big factor. I want there to be room for debate and sometimes just to fuck with the player some text may sway much more heavily to one implication than the other, but never going all the way for a definitive answer. And then if you ask me “well, which is it actually?” I will simply shrug my shoulders and refuse to answer because it's funnier that way.

This reaches spoiler territory now, if you haven’t reached the end of the demo… Uh don’t read the next paragraph lol.  Within SVA I never actually want to definitively have the narrative make a statement on the matter of Shuichi as a good or bad person as he is in conflict with himself the entire time - it's really up to the audience to come to their own conclusion. His actions are out of self preservation and desperation. In a situation where it is kill or be killed, what other choice does a person really have? It's easy to finger wag as a viewer at home but who's to say you wouldn't lose your humanity too? A lot of things are left up in the air purposefully because whether or not Shuichi's actions are justified change depending on what you deem to be true. Mitigating factors put things in a different perspective altogether. SVA will have no true happy endings in my eyes. Like a lot of my other long form works, there are no winners, only losers. In part what made me want to take the story in the direction it goes in was because I wanted to ask a question that I have never seen done in a Danganronpa fangame before: What if YOU were the blackened? What if YOU had to make that impossible choice with everyone else's lives on your shoulders. It's a story that can only work because the vore is there, I don't think SVA's could be told without it being there because it gets very morally complicated on Shuichi's end. He has to suffer because you the audience, the filthy voyeurs, wills it. It can stop at any point, but your sick curiosity keeps it going.

…Back to talking about audience reception now. What I did not anticipate is how this has all translated in a meta sense. I’ve quite literally seen people who know the true nature of SVA (cos they’ve played to the end of the demo), unintentionally gaslighting people who either can’t believe it, or have only played one of the routes. It’s been incredibly funny to witness and has brought me a lot of joy. Most interestingly for me, based on consensus I have seen, those that have enjoyed SVA the most are people who aren’t even into vore. If I were to theorize I suppose, not clouded by focusing on the erotica aspect, one can appreciate the deeper narrative structure and the themes at play - this was also the same with my playtesters so I think I am simply surprised this also applied in a general sense.

I am excited for the future of Shuichi’s Vore Adventure, I make no promises, however, of a definitive release date of when the next update is going to drop but hopefully sometime this year. Speaking of which…

WOW NOW IT’S TIME FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE MIU UPDATE!

The Miu update is what I like to deem the halfway point of SVA’s development. Here’s a basic rundown of everything it’s going to include:

  • The namesake of the update of course is the introduction of Miu’s route to the game. Currently it is by far the longest character route at 12,000+ words and I haven’t even gotten to the sex, nor the route split where the vore takes place. I’m currently on my second draft and I won’t lie, it has been a bit of a struggle for me. Admittedly I’m not the biggest fan of Miu so I have been getting help from a few good friends who do like her to check “hey does this read okay?”

  • Every single CG up until this point is going to be fully painted up. No outstanding sketches will remain in the next update so it will be much more polished overall. In addition to this, there will be new CGs both for Miu’s route, and the investigation phase of the game. This will be the most time consuming part of working on the next update as admittedly, I am a tad rusty as I haven’t really drawn consistently the past several months.

  • A third of the investigation portion is going to be included within the Miu Update, covering everything in the main school building. The majority of writing for this has been finished, now there’s just a few more scenes outstanding to get done. I have previously showcased this on Bluesky (which you should follow because there is an SVA dev feed there) but I am implementing overworld exploration. It’s as close as I can get it to canon V3 within the RPG maker VX Ace limitations…. And my own lack of programming knowledge.

  • Spelling mistakes are finally going to be corrected. There’s a few glaring ones that I cannot believe were not caught but will be rectified for the Miu Update. I have also spelt some word incorrectly in the British English way instead of the American English way - I am not American so these flew under the radar and will be fixed to align with the canon V3 localization which SVA takes after.
  • The disclaimer text document is going to be expanded significantly. My ops complained that it was too long at about 6 paragraphs so I will be updating it to reach at least 32 paragraphs. No longer just a Danganronpa trivia spout, it is also going to double up as a lore document for background information about the world that Shuichi’s Vore Adventure takes place in - I’d say it’s convergent to what is canonically known of Danganronpa out of universe. I hope you will take the time to humour me, and read through it all. It gets pretty crazy, and whatever you think it’s going to be… You are probably completely wrong - there is no way for anyone to guess what the hell it’s going to be before I put it out.

  • Shuichi’s Vore Adventure is finally going to get a trailer. I will be making one, and as fun as it has been to keep the true nature of the game/the twist a secret, the trailer is going to spoil it. It won’t spoil how it’s reached, because that rug pull/penny dropping moment I feel is incredibly important to the SVA experience. I feel for the purpose of advertising the game as a game more than a sum of its purported parts, it’s necessary to showcase.

Now onto…

OTHER EXCITING STUFF!!

Shuichi’s Vore Adventure v.0.3.8.2 (the current version as of writing) might be getting a full Chinese translation! Which to me is incredibly exciting. I would love to introduce the game to a wider international audience. I was reached out to, and I’ve given the greenlight for it. When will it be done? When will it be out? I dunno, time will tell!

On the same note, the entirety of SVA’s current version’s full written out game transcript is available upon request! Whether it’s for modding, or translation, or whatever other purpose, just hit me up (methods near the end of the post) and I will be happy to oblige.
Available both in PDF and DOCX format!

Now without further ado...

QUICK Q&A TIME!!

Q. Will there be a Rantaro and/or Kaede route?

A. Yes, in the full game. However, they will not be available by default, they will be unlocks by  reaching certain true endings in the full game.

Q. How many endings will the full game have?

A. 8 fake endings, and 4 true endings.

Q. In the Miu Update, will Miu be prey or pred?

A. She will be prey in the Miu Update route. In the full game, the pred route will be added.

Q. Will Shuichi eat another male character like Kaito Momota for sure in the next update?

A. No. All that’s getting added on the vore frontier is one of Miu's route. But in the final game... We'll get there but I gotta dash your hopes first. Kaito is unfortunately ENTIRELY off the menu because his bum ass is broke as shit and sucks at gambling - the 4 base characters there are routes for in SVA are the only 4 who, at the point in the story divergence, could plausibly afford the Key of Love for the love suite alongside Shuichi. Refer to the chapter 2 special event of V3: Kaito's Gambling Problem. When that time comes if you want another male prey of choice in Rantaro, Ryoma's route is mandatory to play.  If the prospect of Shuichi never getting a route set with Kaito specifically is disappointing to hear, I'm sorry - it's just not a part of the artistic vision I have for SVA. He appears in the main story but his lips never touch Shuichi’s. THOUGH, if you know how to RPG VX Ace maker mod yourself, I'm not opposed to people making like... fan routes(?) if they want.

Q. Currently all the vore in the game is same size stuff. Will you include macro/micro at any point? The game would be more appealing if it was there.

A. No. I have 0 interest in fanservice or what would be the most appealing to people. I have a very set vision of what I want Shuichi’s Vore Adventure to be, and I have 0 intention of changing course at all.

Q. Why did you decide to make Shuichi’s Vore Adventure?

A.  This answer contains spoilers for SVA so if you have any interest in experience blind do NOT read this answer and skip to the next one!

To keep it brief, during a very depressive spiral in February 2024, Danganronpa became a hyper fixation for me as a good friend bought me the trilogy for Christmas, and I ended up surprisingly enjoying V3 the most. I originally just wanted to make a ‘normal’ vore dating vn fangame, but the idea snowballed significantly and I wanted to make something truly unique. I won’t shy away from the fact that no shit I have a vore fetish and it is also a hyperfixation of mine… but I like to, for a lack of a better word, get kind of ostentatious with it. It's a passion project made with a lot of love by an insane person (me). I made SVA cos I wanted it to exist. I was inspired by the other 2 Danganronpa vore fangames that exist, one of which isn't public, the other of which is Chihiro's vore harem. I was kind of amazed that they existed so it got me thinking, if I were to helm a Danganronpa vore game, what would *I* do. I kept thinking about this one Ryoma scenario I had in mind at the Love Suite and thought "well what if the concept was a full thing - Shuichi corrupts his classmates' desires with vore and either eats or is eaten by his classmates". Like I feel V3 hands scenarios on a sliver platter such as Miu saying she just wants the person who likes her to eat her to Shuichi, or Korekiyo's whole bondage thing where he wants to purely indulge in dubiously consensual sexual pleasures.

But THEN I got thinking, what if out of all those endings where you get your typical vore endings where you can just reset for another path to see a different scenario, one of them leads to the game actually continuing. Like Shuichi awakes alone in the Love Suite having digested his prey so his gut is large over his lap and Monokuma appears like "oh that actually happened for real so you're the blackened now - have fun!". Then the you essentially get tricked into playing a proper Danganronpa game through this.  The whole thing once the initial vore set up in the Love Suit is over would pretty much play completely straight. Like if it stops being horny, and it starts being serious. Wouldn't that be novel? Though in the final game as it is released now in demo form, and planned for the full game, I'm not going to eradicate the horny bits entirely. Like it still rears its head in every now and then to varying effect. It is going to purposefully get really unpleasant in some parts, I'd describe it as bordering on being straight up horror erotica (both in a psychologically emotionally tumultuous sense, and in a straight up skin crawling discomfort kind of way) as I think exploring the concept of just exactly what it is the audience consumes and accepts is very interesting. I want to evoke a reaction within the viewer similar to how angry perhaps one may have felt finishing Danganronpa V3 for the first time as the mirror is held up to you, the audience... I want you to feel unclean playing SVA. I want you to ruminate on it. I want it to boil the blood in your heart.

I'm most excited for the class trial as it was actually the first thing I had fully completed writing for SVA!

I promise you when the full game releases, it will leave you emotionally wrecked  ;^)

...But there are also lots of funny goofs and gags and bits I have planned! Please enjoy them all equally when the time comes!

Q. Why is the title screen a parody of Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper?

A. Short answer, because you touch yourself at night. Long answer, the two main explanations are that I thought it would be funny, and that it is actually symbolically significant. It actually does matter in correspondence to SVA’s greater narrative who the characters replace. You can look at this and say “this is a bunch of pretentious bullshit” and that is very fair but I must reiterate that everything I do is very deliberate. Do not read the rest of this answer if you don’t want to be spoiled for SVA’s current demo if you have not reached the end of it. Okay, here we go: So obviously, Shuichi is Jesus - he is the main character who everyone else revolves around and is the miracle worker in the narrative because of his inhumane second talent. Shuichi is a benevolent figure almost, his true desire is that he does want the best outcome for everyone. Kaede is Peter - Shuichi’s rock, his right hand disciple, his best buddy. Before her canonical demise she is the unspoken leader to the rest of the students. Miu is John, who in Da Vinci’s painting is often mistaken for Mary, mother of Jesus. So in this way you can view Miu as both Mary (in a funny mommy dommy sense - it’s very loose) or John (who outlived all the other apostles, and while of course Miu does canonically die she lives longer than Kokichi, Ryoma, and Kiyo who are the other selectable candidates for Shuichi’s night of passion). Kokichi is Thomas - Thomas is most well known for doubting Jesus and his resurrection, likewise in SVA’s narrative Kokichi is the one who immediately is suspect of Shuichi and doubts his innocence in regards to being linked to Ryoma’s demise. Kiyo is James Major, the first apostle of Jesus to be martyred. This is more of a meta one but Kiyo’s route was the first I had fully finished writing, the first lamb to the slaughter as it were. Ryoma is Judas - the betrayer. It is Ryoma’s route that betrays both Shuichi and the player’s expectation for the game. Like Judas does, within SVA’s story he betrays his friend with a kiss… Finally, Rantaro is Phillip. Nobody gives a shit about Philip, likewise I do not give a shit about Rantaro. Wow that was really long but now you know the creative insight I had behind the title screen artwork.

Q. So… Is this game like… a joke? Or is it serious?

A. I define Shuichi’s Vore Adventure as an elaborate high effort shitpost. It is the sister game to Tibby the Joyful because both games were worked on at the same time, and have the same core gag where everything ridiculous in it is played completely straight. The fact that it is so high effort IS the joke - I find it funny for people to experience and get brain blasted by. If you want an example of me making a ‘serious’ vore narrative you can read SKKW: Predator’s Sickness, and if you want an example of me making a ‘serious’ narrative that has no vore in it you can read Two Can Play at This Game. Shuichi’s Vore Adventure’s defiance of expectation plays into how I view it. I feel as a piece of art and a thriller mystery eroge I suppose, it should not be seen as lesser due to this fact. I take it seriously while working on it and I am very passionate in my dedication to it. Corny as it may seem, I care a lot about SVA. It is my shitpost magnum opus.

Q. You're very skilled and talented... Why would you waste your efforts on something like THIS!? You could be making an ACTUAL fangan or help out on one!

A.  I simply no have interest in doing so. I think that would be very boring and tiresome for me.

Q. I really like what you make and what you’ve made - I’d love to support you!

A.  Why thank you! You can give me money here on patreon, here on ko-fi, and here directly on paypal. For legal don't-sue-my-ass-or-get-mad-at-me purposes all of it is completely unrelated to Shuichi’s Vore Adventure (the game you can play). That’s just an option though, you don’t gotta. If you want to stay up to date on update’s for the game do follow me here on itch.io and also on Bluesky! What I will say though, is that you can do your part to spread the words about Shuichi’s Vore Adventure far and wide. Let’s play it, post screenshots of all the funny and/or fucked up parts in your playthrough, discuss it, maybe even make art. Who knows?? It’s viewers like you at home who motivate me to get up every morning and dedicate a little bit of my day to working on this thing. Do your part in leaving a comment on the game’s itch.io page and giving the game a rating (5 stars if you are feeling generous). Convince everyone you know (who is of age) to play it. Never shut up about it. Glaze it like nothing else. Send me a long winded rant about how angry it made you and how I should have all my skin peeled off. I DESIRE COMPLETE AND UTTER WORLD DOMINATION!!! COMPLETE SVA VICTORY!!!

Q. Can I help work on the game?

A. Shoot me an email or a DM on Bluesky (or twitter but again I’m less likely to check).

Q. I can't get the game working and need help troubleshooting.

A. Using the same contact methods as above, I can try and help but can't guarantee success. When in doubt type your problem into the search engine of your choice with 'reddit' at the end.  I've already had some people with stuff like stuck keyboard controls, and problems with permissions on mac when using Wine.  Problems will always arise because technology is dumb and finnicky.

Q. I have more questions! Or there is something I want to send you!

A. Same as above but I also have a strawpage too.

Next time I'll be putting out the long awaited tutorial for how I do the CGs in the Danganronpa painterly style... IS WHAT I WAS GONNA WRITE BUT PSYCHE, THIS POST KEEPS GOING, LET'S DO IT RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!

PSC'S BIG FAT DANGANRONPA PAINTED CG ART STYLE TUTORIAL

I realized I could actually use the 3.5k download thank you promo image as a basis for a tutorial, so let's get it right to it! Full disclosure, the way I do things is adapted from PoisonicPen's tutorial BUT unlike them, I use Paint tool Sai 2 and GIMP so the process does differ significantly in parts. I don't believe in gatekeeping information - that's for insecure losers who hate the artistic medium.

Step 0

Let's start with the basics, these are the following brushes will be using for this in Paint tool Sai 2. Canvas size can vary depending on the person but for the CGs I create for SVA it is 1280 x 832 pixels.

Step 1

Using the flat brush, sketch out your drawing that you are going to render on your canvas, You don't need to worry about it being neat at all. When it comes to erasing mistakes use this transparency toggle on the flat brush. DO NOT DO THIS ON THE OTHER TWO BRUSHES AT WILL NOT ERASE AND JUST SMEAR STUFF!

Step 2

On a brand new layer, below the original layer, colour in the sketch you've drawn. I recommend using the flat brush at 100% density.

Step 3

Merge the sketch and flat colour layer into a single layer. Then, go to Filter > Colour Adjustments > Hue/Saturation (Ctrl + U) and slide the slider for Saturation all the way to the left at -100 so the image is now completely grey scale.

Step 4

Create a new layer above the original layer. Use clipping group to ensure the shading layer doesn't breech outside of the image. Set the new layer to 25% opacity and roughly mark out the shaded areas using the flat brush. This does not need to be neat at all.

Step 5

Now it's time for the really tedious step! Merge the layers together so you're back to just having one - everything from here on out will be done on this one layer. Use the dr brush to blend everything together until it looks passable. You really have to trust the process because it will look like complete dog shit as you do it. The way you do this is with very light pen pressure for lower density - using the lightest shade as your colour, rub back and forth until you get the shade progression you're happy with. For finnickier details, go for a smaller brush size (like 2.6 or 3). This will take a long time and is very annoying. You might feel like giving up. Don't. Any messy remaining bits of the original sketch that sticks out, simply erase and smooth out with the transparency toggled flat brush.

Step 6

Thank god that part is over. Change to the dr line brush, and simply outline where you want the outlines to be. Probably the same places you marked out in the original sketch. This is also your opportunity to go back and refine smaller details such as lines in the hair or draw in any accessories. Or fix any fuck ups you made like look - I was drawing this whole time and didn't notice Rantaro's hand was backwards!

Step 7

Add any finalizing details/finishing touches. For example here I added hair shine to Rantaro and Kaede - one a new layer at 25% opacity. I used one stoke of the dr brush and erased the ends inwards with an airbrush brush. The stripes and anchor pattern on Rataro's shirt were done with the dr line brush at 50% opacity on separate layers. I also forgot Kaede's uniform logo so I also added that.

Step 8

Merge everything into a single layer once again and save what you've got done so far into a psd file! Make sure the background is transparent! We're going to be switching programmes for the colouring process.

Step 9

It's time to open up GIMP - a free programme that's basically diet photoshop.

Step 10

Before we do anything, we need to create some colour palettes! I'm probably gonna be shit at explaining this so I honest to God I just recommend this video in terms of what you're supposed to do. Otherwise you're stuck with me trying to explain it. So first you want to navigate to the top right box. Right click and when you reach the drop down menu, press the palette editor button. Then go down to the icon that looks like a page with a plus sign - this is the new entry for a palette botton. Then, click on the line that appears to choose a colour. You can either pick from the presented colour gradient, or manually eye drop from a reference image (that's what I did!). Keep adding colours until you have a decent range of shades (I recommend 6+ colours) MAKE SURE THEY GO FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, DARKEST TO LIGHTEST! Then right click the top bar again and select palettes on the drop down menu. Now you can see the palette you have made. Keep making palettes for each assortment of colours you will need for certain things such as eye colour, skin, clothing, accessories, etc...

Step 11

In the bottom right box, select the layer of the original image and right click. In the drop down menu, press the duplicate layer button. Now you have a second layer!

Step 12

First make sure you have selected the new second layer you just created, then selected the palette you want to use. We're going to be colouring Kaede's hair so I have selected the Kaede hair palette. If you're wondering that number in brackets indicated how many different shades the palette has. Once that has been accomplished, navigate your way to Colors > Map > Palette Map.

Step 13

If the entire layer has seemingly changed colour, you've done it correctly! Next, navigate your way down to the Mode toolbar. Click on it and scroll down until you find HSL Colour and LCh Colour. Both of these do the same thing of applying the paletted version of the layer to the base image as a sort of projection. Which one you go for is really up to personal preference. HSL Colour tends to look more vivid, while LCh Colour is more muted.

Step 14

Once you've applied one of the two colour modes, right click on the layer and navigate down to Add Layer Mask. Click it.

Step 15

A new pop up window will appear. Make sure you have Black (full transparency) selected before pressing the 'Add' button. If done successfully the colour will seemingly have disappeared! Ensure that the new black box that has appeared next to the image in the layers tab is selected. You will know if it is if it has a white box around it.

Step 16

On the left side of the screen, select the Paintbrush tool. Make sure your brushes are black and white - you can easily do this by pressing the little black and white colour box beneath the big main colour swatches. Then press the reverse arrow button above the swatches to invert the colour so you have white selected. NOW WE CAN FINALLY ADD COLOUR WOW!!! Just start brushing where appropriate. If you need to erase where you've added colour, use the reverse button so you are using black to erase.

Step 17

Simply repeat steps 11 - 16 until you have now fully coloured the image. Wow that sure is a lot of layers!

Step 18

Put all the layers in a folder by pressing the icon with a folder with a plus on it. Then, right click the newly created folder and of the drop down menu to duplicate it with the duplicate layer button. When the new duplicated folder has appeared, select it and right click for a new menu to appear. Click on the merge layer group button.

Step 19

ARE YOU GETTING TIRED YET? Drink water if you haven't. On the newly merged folder layer, change the Mode to Linear burn and put the opacity down to 6%. Then navigate to the top toolbar Filters > Blur > Gaussian blur. Set the blue to 3.50 and press okay. Then create a bunch a layers and fuck around with Mode and colour on them using the fill bucket to fill the whole layer. Get whacky with it. Do whatever!

The difference is subtle but I think if you use filter the image really pops out a lot more! I hope you enjoyed out time using GIMP because we will be returning to Paint Tool Sai 2 now. Export the PSD file into a PNG.

Step 20

Open up the PNG of what you made in GIMP in Paint tool Sai 2. Immediately make a beeline to the magic pen selection tool (also accessed through the W key), and select all the empty space. Make sure you have it set to Similar Colored Areas with anti aliasing on. Then, press the erase selected layer button to eradicate any scuff marks left over from the blending step.

Step 21

Create a duplicate layer by navigating to Layer > Copy Layer. But that duplicate layer below the original layer. Then with that layer selected go to Filer > Blur > Gaussian blue and set the blur level to 1.3. This gives the illustration a slight aura buffer thing of sorts. Fuck I'm tired, look it just makes it look nicer, okay?

Step 22

Just fuck around -add new layers to mess around with mode and colours until it looks nice. I kept it pretty basic here.

Step 23

FINALLY WE'RE DONE OH MY GOD THAT WAS SO LONG AND TEDIOUS!! You add a background, put in shit... You can do that yourself - you don't need me to lecture you. Okay thank you for reading this tutorial, remember  to like, comment, and subscribe,

Step 24

Listen to Shitmat. Very important step.

--

Geez. I'm exhausted. Time for me to go to bed. Nobody cause trouble in that time please!

Well, that’s all for now I think. I don't have many parting words other than just... thank you all so much once again!

Until next time!
